Our creative process includes the following steps:

  1. The first step is the Design Consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to meet with the client to determine their overall objective for selling the home, identifying the listing timeline and walkthrough of the home.
  2. The second step is the Design Consultation write-up. The client will receive the detailed proposal within 48 hours of the consultation. The proposal includes tiered options with a starter, standard, superior scenario.
  3. The third step is the submission of the Design Consultation.
  4. Upon approval of the proposal and down payment, the fourth step will begin. The fourth step is to revisit the home to ensure the client and I are on the same page. If there is a realtor involved, Little Details, LLC ask that they are present for this meeting as well.
  5. The fifth step is the install upon the mutually agreed date.

Price Guide

Design Consultation Only $250.00:

  • Little Details, LLC will provide an onsite design consultation.
  • Little Details, LLC will provide a detailed proposal that includes a diagram within 48 hours of the consultation. The proposal will include a custom recommendation and the tiered staging packages below.

Starter Stage Package
begins at $600.00 for 1-room only:

  • Little Details, LLC will provide an onsite design consultation.
  • Little Details, LLC will recommend cleaning and de-cluttering tips for the home prior to the redesign. Little Details, LLC will provide a cleaning company recommendation if needed.
  • Little Details, LLC will implement the redesign of the space with the client’s existing furniture.

Standard Stage Package
begins at $900.00 for up to 1-room:

  • Little Details, LLC will provide an onsite design consultation.
  • Little Details, LLC will recommend cleaning and de-cluttering tips for the home prior to the redesign. Little Details, LLC will provide a cleaning company recommendation if needed.
  • Little Details, LLC will implement the redesign of the space with the client’s existing furniture.
  • Little Details, LLC will add  additional  decor pieces and or furniture to enhance the overall redesign.
  • There will be an additional rental charge that is  contingent on the pieces the client elects to add to the design.
  • This package includes the first month of rental charges. There is a 2-month minimum rental fee  required.

Superior Stage Package
begins at $1,300.00 for up to 1-room:

  • Little Details, LLC will provide an onsite design consultation.
  • Little Details, LLC will recommend cleaning and de-cluttering tips for the home prior to the redesign. Little Details, LLC will provide a cleaning company recommendation if needed.
  • Little Details, LLC will implement the design of the space with staged furniture. The package includes 1-month rental of staged furniture.
  • There is a 3-month minimum rental fee  required.
  • For a room or space up to 12 x 18 in size.
